Appearance: Dark strands with peacock-blue luster, downy like fresh snow

Infusions 1-3 (92°C/8s):

4-6 (95°C/12s):
Turns buttery with  sugar sweetness

7-10 (98°C/20s+):

120ml plain white porcelain gaiwan (no patterns)

 6g tea (fills gaiwan base 1/3 when dry)95°C water flash rinse (3 sec), sniff lid for orchid scent

Brewing Rhythm:

1st: 92°C/10s-Taste pure terroir

2nd: 93°C/8s - Focus on aftertaste

3rd+: Increase 2°C & 3s per steep until 98°C
