磻溪寿眉 2017 Panxi Lao Shou Mei, Fuding Fujian, 150g

Just the sight of the sun-dried shoumei is a joy. It works lively, even after the infusions in the Gaiwan , the leaves are often whole, and numerous stems can be found in the tea, important for the later taste. The good storage -until recently in Fuding- has led to a further improvement in the quality of Shoumeis.

Crystal sugar with a citrus note, honey, a hint of peach, delicately floral, all lively, precise, creamy, soft, and also slightly luscious: this is how the Shoumei presents itself as delicious and easily accessible across its numerous infusions – we enjoyed eight of them, which once again proves its quality.

For lovers of sweet teas, this Shoumei is a must!
