Just the sight of the sun-dried shoumei is a joy. It works lively, even after the infusions in the Gaiwan , the leaves are often whole, and numerous stems can be found in the tea, important for the later taste. The good storage -until recently in Fuding- has led to a further improvement in the quality of Shoumeis.
