Origin: High-mountain tea from 2200–2600m elevation (Taiwan), slow-grown in December’s chill.

Tasting Notes

Dry Leaf: Dark green with silvery down, tightly rolled.
Liquor: Honey-gold hue, crystal-clear.
Aroma: Orchid blossom, peach, milky sweetness, lingering finish.
Flavor: Sweet with mineral depth (low tannins).
Composition: High pectin content (creamy texture), moderate caffeine.

Brewing Guide

Temperature: 88–92°C (never boiling!).
Dosage: 5g / 100ml (porcelain teapot recommended).
Steeping Time:

First infusion: 25 sec

Each subsequent: +5 sec (up to 8 steepings possible).

Tip: Discard the first rinse ("awakening wash"). Use soft water.
