Brewing Guide
Temperature: 88–92°C (never boiling!).
Dosage: 5g / 100ml (porcelain teapot recommended).
Steeping Time:
First infusion: 25 sec
Each subsequent: +5 sec (up to 8 steepings possible).
Tip: Discard the first rinse ("awakening wash"). Use soft water.
